OnePage Terms of use

By using the OnePage web site, a service of OnePage, you are agreeing to be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Use").

Basic Terms

  1. You must be 13 years or older to use this site.
  2. You are responsible for any activity that occurs under your screen name.
  3. You are responsible for keeping your password secure.
  4. You must not abuse, harass, threaten, impersonate or intimidate other OnePage users.
  5. You may not use the OnePage service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. International users agree to comply with all local laws regarding online conduct and acceptable content.
  6. You are solely responsible for your conduct and any data, text, information, screen names, graphics, photos, profiles, audio and video clips, links ("Content") that you submit, post, and display on the OnePage service.
  7. You must not modify, adapt or hack OnePage or modify another website so as to falsely imply that it is associated with OnePage
  8. You must not create or submit unwanted email to any OnePage members ("Spam").
  9. You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.
  10. You are solely responsible for your use of the Site and Services. Because OnePage merely serves as a repository of information, user-posted content does not represent the advice, views, opinions or beliefs of OnePage, and OnePage makes no claim of accuracy of any user-posted material. OnePage archives links to third-party websites. The linked websites' content, business practices and privacy policies are not under our control, and we are not responsible for the content of any linked website or any link contained in a linked website. The inclusion of a link on the Site or Services does not imply any endorsement by or any affiliation with OnePage. In accessing the Site and Services or following links to third-party websites you may be exposed to content that you consider offensive or inappropriate. You agree that your only recourse is to stop using the Site and Services
  11. You must not, in the use of OnePage, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws). Violation of any of these agreements will result in the termination of your OnePage account.
  12. While OnePage prohibits such conduct and content on its site, you understand and agree that OnePage cannot be responsible for the content posted on its web site and you nonetheless may be exposed to such materials and that you use the OnePage service at your own risk.

General Conditions

  1. We reserve the right to modify or terminate the OnePage service for any reason, without notice at any time.
  2. We reserve the right to alter these Terms of Use at any time. If the alterations constitute a material change to the Terms of Use, we will notify you via internet mail according to the preference expressed on your account. What constitutes a "material change" will be determined at our sole discretion, in good faith and using common sense and reasonable judgement.
  3. We reserve the right, in accordance with any applicable laws, to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
  4. We may, but have no obligation to, remove Content and accounts containing Content that we determine in our sole discretion are unlawful, offensive, threatening, libellous, defamatory, obscene or otherwise objectionable or violates any party's intellectual property or these Terms of Use.
  5. The OnePage service makes it possible to post images and text hosted on OnePage to outside websites. This use is accepted (and even encouraged!). However, pages on other websites which display data hosted on OnePage must provide a link back to OnePage.
  6. We reserve the right to reclaim usernames on behalf of businesses or individuals that hold legal claim or trademark on those usernames.
  7. OnePage and you are independent entities, and nothing in the Terms, or via use of the Site or Services, will create any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative, or employment relationship between OnePage and you.
  8. OnePage reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. You agree that OnePage shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Service. OnePage reserves the right to remove any content uploaded or submitted by you without notice.

You understand and agree that you use OnePage and it's Services at your own discretion and risk and that you will be solely responsible for any damages that arise from such use. under no circumstances shall OnePage be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential or punitive damages of any kind, or any other damages whatsoever (however arising, including by negligence), including without limitation, damages related to use, misuse, reliance on, inability to use and interruption, suspension, or termination of the site or services, damages incurred through any links provided on the site and the non-performance thereof and damages resulting from loss of use, sales, data, goodwill or profits, whether or not OnePage has been advised of such possibility. Your only right with respect to any dissatisfaction with this site or services or with OnePage shall be to terminate use of this site and services.
